with shrink wrap and polythene packaging, which was
creating huge waste costs. A Mil-tek 509 Baler was
installed in the store stock room, where the plastic is
brought across from all the unpacking areas. The
reduction of waste going into the compactor has
significantly reduced the waste costs. ASDA are also

Like many busy catering and leisure venues they
produce waste from the kitchens. To save on
container and collection charges, they installed a

with the enormous quantity of paper sack waste
