BALER MODEL 509HD - HEAVY DUTY BALER FOR LARGE AMOUNTS OF CARDBOARD AND PLASTIC
The new heavy duty model 509 is the perfect solution for dealing with large volumes of cardboard and/or plastic, particularly when space is a premium.

Despite its small footprint, the 509 can produce a bale of approximately 400 kg replacing the larger Mill Size baler.
Bale both waste streams by storing plastic packaging in plastic bag stand, then load full bags into the baler once cardboard bale has been made.
The bales fit perfectly onto a standard pallet allowing for simple and safe storage and transportation.

CARDBOARD BALER
The wide door opening of the 509 baler is perfect for loading large cardboard boxes. The baler has a safe and easy bale out system, the 300kg bales can be stored and transported on a standard euro pallet ensuring efficient waste handling and maximising income potential.
PLASTIC BALER
Using constant pressure, the air powered 509 baler can create heavy dense bales of plastic weighing approximately 400kg, maximising both storage space, transportation and revenue. Use the Mil-tek plastic Bag Stand Model 240L to store plastic whilst baling cardboard in the 509 baler and bale both waste streams in one baler.

The Model 509HD is an Air Powered Baler equipped with the new world patent ECOdrive low energy system reducing the balers energy consumption by up to 60%.
